Edward is the founder of Peak Values and brings deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and scientific computing. He’s also the Chief Data Scientist at a successful AdTech startup and teaches AI and data science in the Master’s in Economics program at the University of Texas at Austin. With a substantial track record, Edward has collaborated with numerous clients, translating complex challenges into tangible results through scientific programming, advanced simulations, and the practical application of machine learning and artificial intelligence. His expertise reflects a long-standing engagement with these technologies, predating their widespread adoption and establishing him as a seasoned practitioner in the domain. When he’s not building models or teaching future data scientists, you can find him running the trails or hanging out with his dog, Sukimon.
Nick Inglima
Principal Architect
Nick is a senior engineer with over 15 years of experience developing business intelligence solutions and data platforms, designing system architecture, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and managing various IT projects. He has worked in several industries, from metals recycling to financial technology (“Fintech”), and most recently has worked as a contractor to the federal government.
Sarah Gregory
Principal Revenue Operations and Strategy Consultant
Revenue Operations leader with over a decade of experience managing RevOps tech stacks, building unified reporting systems, and applying machine learning models to improve forecasting and drive strategic decision-making. My work has consistently helped organizations accelerate sales velocity, strengthen pipeline health, and increase revenue predictability. I’ve partnered with multiple organizations to define ICPs, implement and optimize systems, lead complex data migrations, and support people, process, and technology integration during post-acquisition transitions. My approach is hands on, data driven, and focused on delivering results. When I’m not rescuing systems or perfecting forecasts, you’ll find me running trails, paddling rivers, or trying to keep up with my very energetic 3 year old. Fun fact: I’m a devoted Tolkien fan and can speak Elvish—because why not bring a little magic to Revenue Operations?

Cesar Tolentino is a seasoned professional with an Associate’s degree in Mathematics and certification in Data Analysis and Visualization. With a strong background in creating and managing web dashboards, Cesar is proficient in advanced visualization tools and cloud-based infrastructures. His technical expertise extends beyong data engineering to web scraping, and task automation, enabling him to provide efficient and innovative solutions for complex data challenges. When not immersed in data projects, Cesar enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and hunting and engages in technical pursuits like working on cars. His diverse skills and passions make him a well-rounded consultant committed to delivering results.
Karlo Vlahek
Senior Analytics Engineer
Karlo received his masters in Economics at UT Austin in December 2022. Discovering an early interest in econometrics, Karlo pivoted towards an interest in data science by completing various graduate-level coursework. Karlo has a passion for machine learning and conveying this powerful technology across industries and organizations. The beauty of it is that it is not limited to just one industry or discipline, but in fact, a horizontal technology with the potential of impacting the world as we know it. By undertaking various projects in graduate school and for clients, Karlo has also identified a passion for palatably conveying this information and telling stories for anyone to consider, regardless of their background. That is essentially where he is now, applying his data skills for organizations, industries, independent projects, and - most importantly - people.
David Richter

David is an engineer of many disciplines. Originally from the audio world, he made the transition to engineering after building an audio visualization app and falling in love with the process. He has since managed and implemented numerous data and web-based projects, providing cloud-based data access, processing, and reporting. He has worked in several industries, from energy to audio to crypto. He is always looking for new things to learn, and creative ways to apply his knowledge base.

With over a decade of experience in web development, Franklin Dambra is a seasoned full-stack developer specializing in React, Next.js, and PHP. He has built dynamic NextJS/React applications, developed custom WordPress integrations, and crafted high-performance digital solutions for agencies and clients across various industries. A problem solver at heart, Franklin is passionate about streamlining development processes and optimizing backend systems. Whether refining user experiences or tackling complex technical challenges, he brings a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of modern web technologies. When he’s not coding, you’ll likely find him playing Jazz Piano, exploring new tech, or sharing insights with fellow developers.
